If your business is closed due to Coronavirus and you no longer require your trade waste collection, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request to suspend or cancel your trade waste collection service.

The council offers a comprehensive range of trade waste services, based on customer needs. We have a designated trade waste team who are available to discuss your requirements over the phone or arrange to visit you. We offer a local service to local businesses. Getting a quote has never been easier.
Complete the form below with all your information and requirements, and our trade waste officer will get back to you within one working day to let you know what your quote is. However if you prefer to telephone the trade waste officer to get a quote, then call 01773 841453.
We offer different sizes of trade bins with no minimum quantity on orders and we also provide a flexible sack collection service. We will deliver a bin / sacks within 5 working days, and offer regular collection days to suit customer requirements. You can view the sizes of our bins on our bin size leaflet.
Our service is competitively priced and includes all administration charges and duty of care transfer notes. The duty of care legislation is in force to ensure that trade waste is disposed of correctly. Please see our duty of care leaflet for more information.

If you decide to go ahead with the service please call the trade waste officer on 01773 841453 to discuss your requirements. If you decide to go ahead with the service then you will need to download and complete a trade waste agreement form and return it to Ripley town hall using the contact details in the top right hand corner.
Please note we do not provide a service for clinical or hazardous trade waste.
If your business recycles their paper, card, plastic or cans they could make cost savings of up to 50% on waste collections.
