Season tickets
A maximum of two vehicle registration numbers are allowed on each permit. The permit does not guarantee the holder a parking space or priority over any other customer. The permit is only valid in long stay car parks (colour coded as BLUE), this is signposted under the main information board at the entrance to the car parks. Should the details of your permit change (i.e. change of vehicle) a replacement can be obtained for the fee shown under Charges.

Residents enhanced parking permit
This permit allows borough residents to park for free on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after 2pm, free parking on Sunday, after 4pm on all days and before 10am in Heanor. This permit is available to all Amber Valley households. The permits are vehicle specific and are non-transferrable. Only one permit per vehicle is allowed. Maximum stays still apply for all permit types.
Charges
The cost of each permit is £9.00. Wallets are an extra £1.00 each.
