Pay for your bin and collections

Service details
The 2024 garden waste collection scheme will run from February to November. The cost of the service is as follows:

Collection of 1 bin is £45 per season.
Collection of additional bins is £23 each per season.
Provision of new bins is £28 each. If you are a new customer you need to purchase a garden waste bin in order to receive the service.

When making your payment on the next screen, if you receive a 'payment failed' message, please do not try again until you have confirmed with our exchequer team (by ringing 01773 841618) that we have not received your payment. This will eliminate the chance of you being charged twice. It might take a few minutes for your payment to go through, if this happens please do not end the transaction and attempt another payment, allow the system time to process your payment.

The data submitted via this form and the subsequent payment form will be processed and stored electronically by the council. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations we would inform you that:
  • The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6 (1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulations.
  • All data will be deleted in accordance with the council's data retention policy.
  • Your data will also be processed by our payment partner (Civica) and our payment service provider (Worldpay). if we need to send you a letter your data may be processed by an external printing bureaux (phd-uk).
  • Other than those organisations named above we will not pass you data on to anyone else.
  • You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you; if you think it is wrong you can ask us to put it right; if you think that we have no legal grounds for retaining the information you have the right to ask for it to be erased; if there is a query on the accuracy of the data you have the right to ask us to stop processing your information.
