A Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note is a legal document that needs to be completed every year once you have a trade waste collection service from us. You'll need your customer number which was provided to you during your agreement.
4 easy steps to complete your annual Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note
- Click on the service you have using the following links - recycling collection or refuse collection (if you have both then you will need to complete a form for each service)
- Input your customer number (which is in your email reminder)
- Check you have the correct business name and address.
- If nothing has changed since last year, then just input your email address in the space provided and press: submit (if your details have changed, then please call the team on 01773 841453 who will advise you what to do next).
You have then completed your annual Duty of Care waste transfer note for 2024/25.
Polite reminder - can customers ensure their 2024/25 duty of care transfer notes are completed before 1 April 2024.
